You’re right. Leaders do read. But not at the expense of time they need to invest in taking actions. And that’s where we miss out on. We try so hard to prepare ourselves with knowledge and learning before we take action that we end up delaying the point where we should have acted. And we delay it more and more. The more we learn, the more we crave, and the more we delay.

Inaction, not knowledge, is the enemy of the process of learning.
