Hey Andrew Crimer. Thanks for taking it in the right spirit. I do agree, the tool is a good starting point, but without a good thought process and a solid context, it could result in conflicts more than conflict resolution.
Just look at this data, you shouldn’t be getting more than x%
That’s not a discussion good for any startup. Primarily because even if someone caves in at the moment, the discontent remains and that’s not healthy. Glad to know you guys are innovating even more to come up with solutions that will make your quite useful tool even more bang on.
